Refund & Warranty Policy
Policies covering laptop and automobile shipments exported by GLOBAL EXIMUS.
1. Laptop Warranty & DOA Terms
Refurbished laptops may include limited DOA or warranty terms only if agreed in writing before purchase. Warranty availability varies by supplier and product grade.
- Grade A/B may include DOA period
- Grade C units are sold AS-IS
Buyers must inspect shipments upon arrival and notify us within the specified timeframe.
2. Automobiles & EVs — Sold AS-IS
All used vehicles & EVs are sold strictly AS-IS, with no warranty or guarantee.
- No mechanical or engine warranty
- No cosmetic warranty
- No guarantee on battery range (for EVs)
- No refund for mileage discrepancies unless due to clerical error
3. Refund Eligibility
- Stock becomes unavailable after payment
- Duplicate payment or overpayment
- Administrative/documentation error originating from GLOBAL EXIMUS
Refunds are NOT provided for:
- Change of decision by the buyer
- Import/customs rejection
- Shipping delays beyond our control
4. Damage During Transit
GLOBAL EXIMUS is not responsible for damage occurring after shipment handover to the freight carrier. Buyers are encouraged to arrange marine/cargo insurance if required.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders placed with GLOBAL EXIMUS are subject to limited cancellation rights due to the nature of international sourcing, refurbishment, logistics, and export operations.
An order may not be canceled or may be subject to partial or no refund once any of the following have occurred:
- Payment has been processed
- Packing, refurbishment, data wiping, or sourcing has begun
- Vehicle procurement, inland transport, port handling, or loading has started
Once any of the above stages are reached:
- All costs already incurred (including sourcing, processing, logistics, inspection, documentation, transport, and banking fees) shall be non-refundable, and
- Any refund, if applicable, shall be issued solely at the discretion of GLOBAL EXIMUS.
Automobile Orders
All used vehicles & EVs orders are considered firm and non-cancelable once a vehicle has been purchased, reserved, or moved for export.
Vehicles are sold and exported on an AS-IS basis, and cancellations after procurement are not permitted.
Refurbished Laptop & IT Equipment Orders
Laptop and IT equipment orders may be canceled only before packing, refurbishment, data wiping, or export preparation begins.
Once processing starts, cancellation requests may not be accepted or may be subject to incurred costs.
Buyer Responsibility
Cancellations resulting from buyer-side issues such as:
- Import restrictions
- Licensing problems
- Customs delays
- Regulatory non-compliance
do not qualify for refunds.
