All transactions are conducted strictly on a business-to-business (B2B) basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Product Condition & Disclosure

2.1 Refurbished Laptops & IT Equipment

Refurbished devices are sourced from reputable U.S. suppliers including certified refurbishers, corporate lease returns, and wholesale partners. Each unit undergoes inspection, testing, secure data wiping, and grading (A/B/C).

Cosmetic condition and specifications vary by grade. Buyers acknowledge and accept normal wear consistent with refurbished products.

2.2 Used vehicles & EVs

All vehicles are sold strictly AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no expressed or implied warranties unless stated in writing. Condition reports, photographs, titles, and export documents are provided where available.

Mileage, mechanical condition, and cosmetic appearance vary by unit, and buyers are responsible for conducting due diligence prior to purchase.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and formal acceptance by GLOBAL EXIMUS. A confirmed order requires written confirmation and receipt of payment as per agreed terms.

4. Pricing & Quotations

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Quotes are valid for a limited period and may change due to market conditions, supplier availability, or currency fluctuations.

5. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods include:

• Bank Wire Transfer
• Escrow Services (upon request and approval)
• Letters of Credit (L/C) for approved high-volume transactions

Full payment must be received and confirmed before processing, release, or shipment of goods unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Shipping, Risk & Logistics

GLOBAL EXIMUS supports international shipping via air freight, sea freight, containerized shipping, and Ro-Ro services, depending on the product category.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterm (EXW, FOB, CIF). GLOBAL EXIMUS is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers, customs authorities, port congestion, or events beyond reasonable control.

7. Export Documentation

GLOBAL EXIMUS provides standard export documentation, which may include:

• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Vehicle Title Documents (for automobiles)
• Export Declarations (when applicable)

8. Returns, Warranty & Claims

Refurbished laptops may include limited DOA or warranty coverage only when explicitly stated in writing.

All vehicles are non-returnable and non-refundable unless required by applicable law or explicitly agreed in advance.

Any claims must be submitted in writing within the agreed inspection period, if applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

GLOBAL EXIMUS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including customs delays, import restrictions, or losses incurred after shipment.

Buyers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with import laws, taxes, and regulations in their destination countries.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States of America.
